Master Arbitration Advocacy

Arbitration advocacy is both a science and an art, centered on the powerful skill of persuasive storytelling.

The Arbitration Advocacy Certificate Program equips participants with the expertise to present compelling cases before labor arbitrators, blending technical precision with creativity.

By mastering case analysis, effective questioning, and evidence presentation, participants can confidently advocate for their perspectives while addressing opposing arguments.

Why Arbitration Advocacy Matters

In labor arbitration, advocates must tell a story that resonates with the arbitrator, convincing them of their point of view within the constraints of arbitration rules and the contractual standards of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). This process requires thorough preparation, skillful delivery, and the ability to weave facts into narratives.

The Arbitration Advocacy Certificate Program is designed to teach these critical skills, offering participants a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. The program welcomes attorneys and non-attorneys alike, providing an accessible pathway to excellence in arbitration advocacy.
