Resolving the Dispute: Timothy Taylor

The Scheinman Institute Advisory Board has many notable arbitrators and mediators, who are leaders in the field. Working with them we are starting a new video series, “Resolving The Dispute” featuring members of the Board highlighting some of their most interesting cases, the issues involved and the approach they used to come to an equitable solution.  

We begin with arbitrator and mediator Timothy Taylor as he recounts a very sensitive case involving school employees and charges of sexual harassment.
