C3: Cornell Compensation Club

The Cornell Compensation Club promotes awareness of compensation opportunities for Cornell's undergraduate and graduate students. By bringing together students for forums, speakers, information and introductions to professionals in the field at all stages of their careers, the club aims to show how compensation offers compelling, high impact work that is in demand. We invite any Cornell student to stop by a Club event and learn more and follow the Club on Instagram.

ICS Scholars

ICS Scholars are undergraduates at Cornell who are preparing for a fast start in the compensation field. ICS is here to show the way! We provide links with leading partners for mentorships, internships, and community. Eligible members can receive scholarships. Scholars commit to a focus on preparing for their first job in compensation by taking a specified collection of classes that will support their success, including statistics, accounting, introduction to finance, introductory compensation and executive compensation. Together with on-the-job experience, ICS Scholars graduate ready to take off!

Launching academic year 2023-2024.
