Fee Policy

Per Diem: $1400. A hearing day is no more than seven hours. Each hearing
day scheduled will be billed at full per diem. The per diem rate will apply to
time spent in study, research and decision drafting. A one day fee will be
charged when a scheduled hearing day is canceled fourteen days or less in advance. No charge for travel.
