Fee Policy

Mediation: $300 per hour. 4 hour daily minimum. Prep time charged at hourly rate. Arbitration: $1,800 per day for each day of hearing or any portion thereof. $300 per hour for prep time. Fact-finding/Investigation: $300 per hour. Prep time charged at hourly rate. Travel expenses and time will be billed, if applicable, as agreed upon prior to any services being rendered. Mediation and arbitration cancellation/postponement fee: $1,200 for mediation; $1,800 for arbitration, unless notice is received more than 21 days in advance of each scheduled day.
