Fee Policy

$ 200 per hour mediator compensation, including conferences and document review; $1000 per day arbitrator compensation; additional charge for travel outside of the Chicago metropolitan area, except for Washtenaw County, Michigan; additional charge for extraordinary office expenses, such as overnight mail; No charge for travel time in Chicago metropolitan area or in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Eight hours charged for cancellation within 14 calendar days; 4 hour minimum for mediation; 8 hours for arbitration
