Dispute Resolution Experience

Having left corporate work to establish a private ADR practice, I have mediated well over 375 restorative justice (shoplifting and victim-offender), small claims/eviction, divorce/co-parenting, and workplace cases. While only one functional assignment in Labor Relations during my corporate career focused solely on dispute resolution, facilitating difficult conversations is integral to effective leadership and the opportunity to mediate arose frequently. Corporate work afforded me a unique perspective and skill set that includes understanding how to carefully frame questions and explore opportunities to yield creative solutions and resolve conflict.
