Arbitration Fee Schedule
Per Diem Fee: $ 1,400.00 per day, for attendance at hearing, research and preparation of opinion award.
Expenses: The Arbitrator charges for the actual cost of reasonable expenses, including airfare, car rental, Food and lodging, if overnight stay is required.
Cancellation fee: $ 1,400.00 if less than 14 days notice.
Mediation Fee Schedule
Full-Day Fee: $ 1,400.00
Half-Day Fee: $ 700.00 ( 4 hours)
