With strong educational background in Organizational Management, 2 certifications for Alternative Dispute Resolution, and certification from the EEOC for EEO mediation, Pandy is adept at understanding the nuances of each case.  She employs a variety of techniques tailored to the unique needs of the parties involved, ensuring a fair and impartial process. Her commitment to fostering open communication and collaboration has earned her a reputation as a trusted professional in the field.
