Collaborative Problem-Solving Strategies and Tools

Finding durable and equitable solutions to the many issues caused by the rapid pace of change in the workplace requires labor and management to work together to fully understand and address the source of conflicts. In this 75-minute interactive webinar we will share collaborative problem-solving strategies and tools to identify mutual interests, create options for solutions based on data, and engage constituents in the implementation of new practices.
