Meet Aibak Hafeez: A Post-doctoral Associate at the Scheinman Institute

Aibak Hafeez is originally from Pakistan where he completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Management Sciences. While serving as a Lecturer in one of the largest state universities in Pakistan, Aibak received a scholarship to pursue his Master's and Ph.D. at the School of Labor and Employment Relations, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During his time as a Ph.D. scholar, he conducted research on workplace conflict management with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He aspires to contribute to the field of conflict resolution by serving in academia as an instructor and researcher.
