Resolving the Dispute: Edwin Baum

The Scheinman Institute Advisory Board has many notable arbitrators and mediators, who are leaders in the field. Working with them we are starting a new video series, “Resolving The Dispute” featuring members of the Board highlighting some of their most interesting cases, the issues involved and the approach they used to come to an equitable solution.  

Our second feature of the series features mediator and attorney Edwin Baum (ILR '81), who recaps the benefits and downsides of remote mediations and how these vices and virtues have played out in mediations he has covered.
