Students listen to speakers on compensation

C3, the Cornell Compensation Club, is live

Now a recognized student organization, C3 is actively recruiting members

Passing along a message from C3 leadership:

We are excited to announce the launch of the Cornell Compensation Club, a new student organization dedicated to educating members on topics related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Our mission is to provide students interested in human resources, finance, consulting, and related fields with opportunities to learn about best practices and future careers in compensation from faculty, peers, and industry professionals.

The club plans to host seminars, corporate and research informational sessions, and networking events throughout the academic year. Guest speakers from leading companies will share insights into pay equity, executive compensation, pay structures, incentive plans, and more. As a new club, Cornell Compensation is open to member suggestions to what events, projects, and programs they would like to participate in.

The Cornell Compensation Club welcomes both undergraduate and graduate students of all majors to join. We have an exciting agenda planned for the year and hope you will consider getting involved in this new interdisciplinary club focused on an important aspect of human resource management. Our first meeting will be held on February 22 at 5pm in Ives Hall, Room 105. We will have guest speakers, and we will also cover our Scholars Program and internship opportunities. Hope to see you there!
