Experimental Psychology and Organizations (ExPO)

Welcome to the Experimental Psychology and Organizations Lab

The Experimental Psychology and Organizations (ExPO) Lab consists of faculty and students at Cornell University researching topics related to people in organizations.

Our mission is to advance knowledge about fundamental psychological processes relevant to human attitudes, cognitions and behavior in organizations. Our lab group provides members with the opportunity to present their work and get feedback at all stages of the research process, as well as stay up-to-date on the best practices in the field.

We collaborate to produce high-quality experimental research and publish it in top-tier research journals, to train undergraduate and graduate students in the design and execution of experimental research, and to build a research culture within ILR that fosters an open exchange of ideas.
