Sean Fath

Assistant Professor, Organizational Behavior

Sean studies factors that reduce inequity between social groups in the workplace. Some of Sean's research interests include organizational policies and behavioral nudges that combat bias against members of disadvantaged groups in the hiring process. In other research, Sean explores dynamics that determine white people's awareness of their racial privilege in the workplace and the behavioral consequences of that awareness.
