Cornell ILR Executive Briefings Launched

The first Cornell ILR Executive Briefing opened on Thursday November 4 with Executive Director of Cornell ILR’s Human Capital Development group in New York City Michael Serino introducing “Pioneering Innovation in Compensation” with Professor Kevin Hallock, director of Cornell ILR’s Institute for Compensation Studies. Register to attend the next session “Leading Change: Engaging Others to Get the Results You Want” on January 20, 2011 with Mal O’Connor and Barry Dornfeld of business consulting firm, Center For Applied Research (CFAR). The discussion will center on ways of overcoming resistance, leveraging past success and building coalitions to create organizational "pull" toward “the new idea.”
