- Serves as primary video and multimedia strategist for the school
- Consults with ILR departments and units to identify video and webcasting needs and priorities
- Leads production and design of the ILR Online webcast series
- Assists clients with the planning and coordination of specialized webcasts and webinars
- Handles video planning, shooting and editing for faculty and student interviews, ILR School videos and other school projects
- Identifies, recommends and hires outside video producers as needed
