Current Research at ILR

During his time at the ILR School, as a Visiting Fulbright Scholar, David will be working on projects relating to global talent management and staffing. These projects include an understanding of the multilevel linkages between talent management and organisational performance in multinational corporations and a study of boomerang employees. David's faculty host is John Hausknecht, and he will also be collaborating with JR Keller.  He also looks forward to potential collaborations with a range of faculty across the ILR School and wider Cornell community during his stay.
