Ashley Kurtz

Temporary Research Specialist

Ashley joined the Yang-Tan Institute in 2026. She is providing evaluation support to CAPE-Youth and research support to the EARN study on workplace interventions for employees with substance use disorders. She is also supporting a mixed-methods research project funded by the National Science Foundation that is studying the barriers and facilitators of successful pre-interview experiences for Autistic job candidates.

Ashley has previously worked as an economic consultant in the United Kingdom, specializing in quantitative and qualitative evaluations of early childhood programs in England. She has also worked as an economist for the Department of Finance Canada.
