Overview

This webinar will explore how schools, vocational rehabilitation (VR), and vendors can work together to deliver high-quality Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for students with disabilities. Participants will examine the shared roles and responsibilities across key areas of service delivery, including referral, access, instruction, coordination, and data use.

Through real-world examples and interactive activities, the session will emphasize strategies to increase meaningful student engagement by aligning Pre-ETS activities with students’ strengths, interests, and transition goals. Participants will also consider how to strengthen collaboration and communication across systems to ensure that information gathered through Pre-ETS is actively used to inform transition planning and improve post-school outcomes.
