Extension associate Ellice Switzer will participate in this NYATEP panel discussion to explore the critical topic of elevating neurodivergent talent in the workplace. The discussion aims to shed light on the importance of fostering an inclusive environment that embraces neurodiversity and provides the necessary support for individuals. From understanding the unique strengths and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to the table to discussing effective strategies for building inclusive workplaces, this panel aims to inspire positive change.
