Overview

The two-day, in-person DREAM symposium will unite advocates, employers, and community members to champion workplace inclusion and empower individuals with disabilities. With a job fair, resource fair, and assistive technology demos, the event is designed to empower job seekers and support New York’s Employment First and State as a Model Employer initiatives.

Speakers include faculty from the ILR School’s Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability, and the institute has supported planning for the event.
