Mr. Ciliberto focuses on diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and management coaching. He has held roles at financial services firms including The Prudential, American Express, UBS, Credit Suisse and most recently HSBC, where he designed, developed, and delivered an array of professional skills training courses. Additionally, Mr. Ciliberto has worked with Lee Hecht Harrison as an outplacement counselor, and coaches private clients who are in career transition.
