Academic Departments

ILR's six academic departments encompass the interdisciplinary, social sciences-based field of workplace studies. We offer a full array of undergraduate and graduate courses and a variety of degree programs. Faculty members are each experts in a particular aspect of the broader field and along with students, benefit from the ongoing interchange of ideas and knowledge.
