Professional Work History:
Ten years legal and legislative experience working the Executive and Legislative branches of the Federal government and state and local governments. Within the past eight years mediation has become my full time career. I have mediated over 300 public/court and private cases. Facilitated public policy and private group discussions and meetings.
Dispute Resolution Experience
I have over 12 years of mediation experience: workplace and employment disputes, commercial and small business; special needs and disabled worker; natural resources, referred court cases; complex and multiparty mediations. Some of these mediations involved hundreds and tens of thousands of dollars. Traveled in-state and out of state for mediation sessions. I am on various federal mediation rosters. Mediated over 300 cases. Presently, a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Court Mediator Mentor and a mediation trainer.

Fee Policy
Negotiable hourly and total day (8 hour) rates. Will mediate longer than 8 hours per day if warranted. Do not charge for travel time, only for reimbursement of travel related expenses.
