On July 17, NCP led a webinar on a new proposal for model arbitration provisions in enforceable brand agreements between labor advocates and global firms. Speakers included Kristina Yiannibas of Columbia Law School, Lance Compa of Cornell ILR, Ben Hensler of the WRC, Christy Hoffman of UNI Global Union, Babul Akter of the Bangladesh Garment and Industrial Workers Federation, and Richard Fincher of Cornell's Scheinman Institute.
