JV Policy Team finishes the season off as Quarterfinalists at JV Nationals
Policy Team Davis Liang and Terra Li finish the season strong at Fairmont State University!
From February 27th to March 1st, Cornell policy debaters Davis Liang and Terra Li traveled to West Virginia, where they competed in JV Nationals at Fairmont State University. At this tournament, they defeated teams from George Mason University, United States Military Academy, Liberty University, and Wake Forest University, finishing with a 5-1 preliminary win record. These wins allowed them to advance to the elimination rounds, where they ended the tournament as quarterfinalists. Additionally, Davis Liang earned the 7th-place speaker award.
