This Cornell ILR School program is designed to provide your HR leaders with the capabilities and insights needed to successfully navigate the changing landscape and leverage internal and external expertise to address critical organizational challenges and drive business results.

HR leaders must understand the business, navigate complex relationships, and foster consensus to drive meaningful outcomes. This program provides HR leaders with tools and strategies to advise and support senior business leaders and influence the actions of the leadership teams they support to enable organizational results.

In partnership with the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), this program is designed for experienced executive search consultants, in-house talent acquisition professionals, leadership advisors, HR leaders, and organizational development specialists. Participants will gain cutting-edge insights and practical strategies to enhance their executive talent acquisition practices, leveraging the latest research and industry expertise.

NYU Langone Health HR Boot Camp
Nancy Sanchez set out to build a more agile, responsive and creative team knowing that her human resources staff at NYU Langone Health was staring at a huge growth challenge. ILR launched an HR boot camp that cross-trained her entire team across all disciplinary areas. Over a three month period, cohorts of up to 40 individuals participated in the program.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requests must be received in writing by ILR Customer Service. Full refunds of paid program fees can be obtained up to 30 days before the program start date. Any cancellations or requests for transfers and substitutes received 30 days or less from the program start are subject to the fees as described below.
- More than 30 days' notice: 100% refund
- 30 to 14 days' notice: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days' notice: no refund
