Lauren McFerran was named Chairman of the NLRB by President Biden on January 20, 2021. Ms. McFerran served on the Board from December 2014 to December 2019 and was reappointed to a second term in August 2020. Chairman McFerran joined us to discuss the state of the NLRB at the end of the Trump Administration and recent Board decisions.
