Job Search Online: How People Search and Find Jobs
We are currently conducting a study to better understand how people search for jobs, and how digital tools can help them better navigate this process. Our team has developed a new and innovative online job search platform. The platform gives access to more than 50,000 job ads in New York State. Participants can search as they normally would and will be asked to answer short surveys at different points in time.
What is the study about?
The goal of the study is to understand how you search for jobs and whether a novel job search platform can help with that.
