Study Background
The Center for Applied Research on Work (CAROW) at Cornell University is supporting research to better understand how to improve job quality and wellbeing for workers in veterinarian workplaces. We are interested in learning about your experience and invite you to participate in a short survey. As a Thank You, you will receive access to a free self-paced virtual training program, valued at more than $5,000.
The program includes four one-hour workshops on actionable strategies related to workload, work-life balance, unnecessary work, and team culture. You will learn practical ways to improve how work is organized, communicated, and supported. The program introduces tools that veterinary care workers can use to reflect on their own experiences and help create healthier, more sustainable workplace practices for their teams.
How to Participate
Participation in this study entails first taking a 12-15 minute survey about your current work experience. After you complete the survey, you will receive the training materials via email. After completing the training program and a follow-up survey, you will receive a certificate of completion from Cornell University.
