For those coming from Ithaca, a bus will be available to transport people to and from the event in NYC for free. There are no more seats available on the bus.

For those who need information about getting to the venue from elsewhere in the city, please see the MTA metro trip planner to give you the best options for your travel. The hotel and conference center are close to the R (Rector St.), 4/5/6 (Wall St.), J/Z (Broad St.), and 2/3 (Wall St.) lines.
Accommodation
General (Non-Cornell Students)
We are currently not offering discount hotel rooms for non-Cornell students. Please find a list of unionized and fair hotels at the Union Hotel Guide.
Cornell Students
For Cornell students only, we are offering a limited number of free accommodations. The rooms will be booked at the Millenium Hilton, 55 Church Street, New York, NY, 10007, a socially responsible and fair union hotel according to the Union Hotel Guide. The room will be booked for two nights (April 16 – 17) and you will be placed in a double room that will be shared with one other person. There are no more free hotel rooms available for students.
