Below is a brief description of each request type.
Desktop Support Request - Service and support of ILR-owned desktop, laptop, home computers, and peripherals; server and network administration and support.
Classroom Technologies Request - Training & technical support for all general Ives Hall classrooms, equipment loans and ILR Computer Lab reservations. Equipment loans including laptops, speaker phones, video recording requests, cameras and other equipment. For a full list of our equipment please click the link above and select the "Equipment Loan" check box on the form.
Distance Learning Reservation Request - Reservations for the four ILR Distance Learning/Videoconferencing rooms.
