Job Description
Reward Blue is American Express’s Global Reward and Recognition program. The program is open to all employees globally and consists of non-monetary and monetary recognition. To continue to build and foster a strong recognition culture while keeping employees engaged, American Express holds several campaigns per year. The intern would be responsible for developing a standard approach for the deployment of Global Employee Appreciation Month. They would also be the main point person for execution of the NY Employee Appreciation Month activities and would act as the RewardBlue liaison for all the international markets in order to support Employee Appreciation Month. In addition, this intern would have the opportunity to develop procedures and guidelines for a new “On the Spot” recognition program for leaders in NY and Ft. Lauderdale. This will be outside of the RewardBlue system, therefore all procedures, guidelines and a tracking system need to be developed.

Skills Needed
Organization skills, project management and communication skills are very important.
