Professional Work History:
More than 35 years of experience litigating employment disputes in state and federal court, representing both employers and employees. Extensive experience in the public sector and in advising clients on employment issues. Currently serving as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court conducting settlement conferences and short jury trials.

I have conducted more than 200 arbitrations and settlement conferences as the neutral and have participated as counsel for one of the parties in arbitrations and settlement conferences more than 75 times.
