Mediation - $300 per hour; Employment Arbitration - $300.00 per hour, $1,500.00 per diem. Labor Arbitration - $1,000.00 per diem. All rates include preparation, hearing, and study time. Per diem charge for cancellation fee within thirty (30) calendar days of hearing/mediation.
