Inclusion Strategies for Recruiting and Engaging Employees with Disabilities and Veterans: From Compliance to Best Practice (DV175)
This workshop is designed to assist organizations in the development and implementation of strategies to expand recruitment efforts and enhance the inclusion of employees and veterans with disabilities. Participants will learn how to address self-identification challenges of both disability and veteran status to foster disclosure and facilitate the provision of reasonable accommodations that promote productivity and engagement. Case studies and interactive exercises are incorporated to enable participants to apply their new knowledge and learn from each other.
