MILR is a two-year master's degree designed for people who aspire to HR and Labor leadership roles. It’s a professional degree for people ready to tackle the issues of organizational success, employee well-being, and labor relations.
EMHRM is designed for HR professionals who aspire to advance to progressively higher levels of executive HR leadership. In this professional degree program students study the latest Human Resources research from leading academics and interact with senior HR leaders from multiple industries.
Our MS/PhD program educates the next generation of scholars in the multidisciplinary field of industrial and labor relations. It is designed for students who wish to pursue academic careers that involve research on organizations, and work and employment relationships from a variety of perspectives.
