The MPS program is taught by full-time ILR School faculty from the main Cornell campus in Ithaca, NY, who travel to New York City for the Saturday class sessions.
Many courses are taught by teams of professors, exposing students to a larger number of ILR faculty and a greater breadth of research and expertise. Guest lecturers add even more depth to the exchange between academics and practice.
In choosing a faculty advisor for the second-year research project, students are not limited to faculty currently teaching in the New York City program. As members of the ILR community, MPS students have access to faculty throughout the school.
