Application tips for transfer students

Nearly one-third of ILR graduates are transfer students. ILR accepts students from two- and four-year colleges and universities across the country. Students will typically have between two and four semesters of credit, but may have a wide range of experiences. Some will have recently graduated from high school while others may have significant work and life experiences.

If you would like more information on our program, transfer requirements, and admissions information, please contact us. We can also help you select classes that will meet our transfer requirements and keep you on track to complete college on time.

Please note that ILR transfer applicants do not need to submit standardized test scores. To learn more about other application requirements, we encourage you to review our Guidelines for Transfer Applicants (PDF, 300 KB).
