Collaborative Labor-Management Relations

Designed for joint labor and management teams, this program promotes collaboration through interest-based-bargaining and other conflict resolution concepts. The program punctures the myth that task and relationships are mutually exclusive in labor-management. Participants learn how to create partnerships as an important and effective vehicles for designing and implementing improvements in the workplace and for building and strengthening work relationships and gives participants the knowledge, skills and mindsets necessary for developing productive working relationships.
