Fee Policy

$ 175 per hour mediator compensation, including conferences and document review $1000 per day arbitrator compensation; additional charge for travel outside of the Chicago metropolitan area, except for Washtenaw County, Michigan; additional charge for extraordinary office expenses, such as overnight mail No charge for travel time in Chicago metropolitan area or in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Eight hours charged for cancellation within 14 calendar days; 4 hour minimum for mediation; 8 hours for arbitration
