Human Resource Essentials Certificate is a customizable certificate that allows you to select a curriculum of workshops that build knowledge and skills in HR topics of your choice.
While learning to demonstrate HR’s value and executing business-centric practices through case exercises and simulations, participants also glean insight from each other and an opportunity to network across a wide range of business sectors.
Participants receive instruction from experienced practitioners, who guide them on the path to becoming HR leaders and business partners.
After completing the five workshops (two mandatory and three electives), certificate earners will join an HR community that includes academic researchers and senior HR executives regarded as some of the best in the world. Workshops may be applied to only one certificate.
