His principles have been put to the test by numerous Fortune 500 companies, professional and college sports teams, school districts, hospitals, and non-profits. He is the author of 20 books including multiple best-sellers: The Energy Bus, The Carpenter, Training Camp, You Win in the Locker Room First, The Power of Positive Leadership and The Power of a Positive Team.
Gordon graduated from Cornell in 1993 where he was a three-year letter winner with the Big Red men’s lacrosse team. His book, The Hard Hat, is based on the true story of George Boiardi ‘04, who lost his life after being struck in the chest with a lacrosse ball on March 17, 2004, in a game vs. Binghamton.
