Publication Elects President

The Cornell HR Review has elected Josie Trine MILR '13 as its third president.

"Josie's leadership this year has been incredible. He has taken the lead on several of our key initiatives and has been instrumental in their success. I am excited to see further growth with Josie as president of the Review," said Christopher Lee MILR '12, outgoing president.

Trine earned his bachelor's degree at Purdue University and worked for General Motors, Owens Corning and GE Energy before matriculating into the Cornell MILR program.

A native of Kokomo, Ind., Trine will be an HR Leadership Program intern this summer at the GE Energy headquarters in Atlanta, Ga.

The Cornell HR Review, a student-edited journal founded in 2009, is archived by ILR's Catherwood Library, indexed by Princeton Library and contracted as a content provider for the research database EBSCO.

This fall, the Review will also serve as the official coverage provider for the annual symposium of Cornell's Human Capital Association and will be launching its HR Career Development Index.

More information about the Review can be found online at cornellhrreview.org.
