CAHRS Webcast Highlights Most Recent Developments in HR Analytics

In this webcast, titled "HR Analytics: Update on Recent Developments and Applications,"Cornell faculty member John Hausknecht, Associate Professor, Department of Human Resource Studies, Cornell University, ILR School and Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) will share findings from his own research as well as from recent CAHRS working groups and partner meetings on analytics, and Brian Welle, People Analytics Manager at Google, will provide examples of how Google is using analytics to improve people decisions and drive organizational performance. Christopher Collins, Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) and Associate Professor, Human Resource Studies, Cornell University, ILR School will serve as moderator for this program.

The goals of this webcast are to:

(a) highlight recent developments in HR analytics,
(b) provide company examples of analytics "in action", and
(c) share specific examples of how analytics can reveal novel insights regarding the causes and consequences of employee turnover.
