Sexual Orientation and Transgender Issues in the Workplace with EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum

Recent developments have reinvigorated the contentious legal debate as to whether Title VII of the Civil Rights Act protects workers from sexual orientation discrimination and have breathed new life into the push for the Supreme Court to finally resolve this issue.  Transgender employees often face a variety of obstacles in the workplace.  Employers and unions are adopting new policies, procedures, and protocols to address legal, cultural, and societal changes.
