Cornell partnered with a global IT consulting firm to build client-oriented intrapreneurial capability across the firm. Cornell helped define the role of internal ideation coaches and designed a customized educational experience to prepare the coaches to facilitate and coach teams through the process of increasing their ideation and innovation capabilities.

Cornell is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical foundation to expand the impact of their global healthcare fellowship program. Through the engagement, Cornell advises on the program architecture and provides entrepreneurship education to enhance fellows’ contributions within international NGOs. The program seeks to optimize philanthropy investments while developing leadership capabilities and business insights relevant to the corporation.
