Our goal at ILR Career Services is to provide outstanding service in a welcoming environment. Whether you're an undergraduate or graduate student, from the moment you enter the School of ILR, we'll help you think about what you might do after leaving Cornell. If you're an employer, we’ll work with you to reach our students and develop a relationship with our office. If you're an alum, we're here to assist you with networking opportunities, resume critiques, or general career advice if you're interested in career transition. We work in conjunction with Cornell Career Services, and provide a wealth of information specifically geared towards students, alumni, faculty, employers, and families in the ILR community.
