One major, endless possibilities to visit ILR and the Cornell campus

The ILR School and Cornell University admissions information programs and tours are offered throughout the year.

ILR Information Sessions

Prospective first-year and transfer students are encouraged to visit campus and attend an ILR information session. This information session will introduce you to the ILR curriculum, career and graduate school advising, internships, student organizations, international opportunities, and the admissions process. Admissions counselors and/or undergraduate student ambassadors lead each session. ILR information sessions are held in 216 Ives Hall and last approximately one hour.

The ILR Admissions Office will host summer information sessions on Mondays and Fridays at 1:00p starting June 3 and ending August 29 (dates excluded: July 4 and August 19-26). Fall information sessions will be held on Mondays and Fridays at 2:45p starting September 2 through November 11 (dates excluded: Sept 5, Oct 10, and Oct 31). Please register for a session through the Cornell Visit website.

Saturday Visit Days

Prospective students have the opportunity to hear first-hand from an admissions advisor and current students about the ILR School at our Saturday Visit Days information sessions. During the program, students will learn how to tailor the ILR curriculum to their academic interests, pursue internship and career opportunities around the world, and prepare a strong application. The program includes a student panel and a detailed review of admissions criteria. Current ILR students will provide insight into the major, their internship and abroad experiences, and life at Cornell.

Registration will open at 11:30a and the program will start at 12:00p in Ives Hall on September 17, October 8, and October 15. Please register for a session through the Cornell Visit website.
